30 BUSINESS DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30 business day return policy, which means you have 30 business days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

RETURN PROCESS

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE FEES:

1. Customers do not need to pay return handling fee.

2. If the product does not have its own quality problems the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

3. If the product itself has quality problems, please contact us with photos and we will redeliver one for you for free.

RETURN SERVICE PROCEDURE:

Step 2: If we approve the return, please place the item in its original packaging and securely seal the package.
Step 3: Place your package at your local post office.
Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.

DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

REFUNDS
